Do you ship within New Zealand and internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout New Zealand, and international shipping options are available for selected countries. Free NZ shipping applies to orders over $100 NZD. All parcels include a tracking number for peace of mind.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Standard NZ delivery: 2–5 working days. Rural delivery: Additional 1–2 days. International delivery times vary by location. Custom-made items may require additional time, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Do you offer custom or personalised products?

Yes. Many of our resin taonga, candles, hampers, and selected items can be customised. If you have a special request, please contact us directly on TikTok and we will do our best to bring your idea to life.
